We’re the Nash family, proud to call the Fargo-Moorhead area our new home as of the summer of 2024. After over a decade in the Seattle area, we were ready for a fresh chapter—one rooted in the heartland, where we can grow as a family and connect with the rich traditions of North Dakota.

For Michael Nash, the move felt like coming full circle. His family has called the Red River Valley home for more than a century, with generations farming the land near Sabin, MN. Many childhood vacations were spent visiting this beautiful region, and now, we’re thrilled to carry on that legacy.

So, why bacon? Michael’s journey began with a simple craving for the perfect cut—one he couldn’t find in stores or butcher shops. Determined to create it himself, he discovered not just the perfect slice, but a newfound passion. After years of refining his craft and sharing his creations with friends, family, and neighbors, the overwhelming love for his bacon inspired him to turn this hobby into a business.
